We are currently looking to add to our experienced and friendly team with a position available for an experienced and qualified Sheetmetal Tradesperson to be based in our state-of-the-art warehouse in Parkinson.

The position is available immediately for the right applicant. Excellent wage rate - negotiated dependent upon experience!

Based in Parkinson Queensland, and operating out of the largest of its kind, state of the art custom built warehouse, for over 30 years F & M Fabricators have worked hard to become the leading manufacturer of specialised roofing accessories in the country.

About the role:

Hours 7.00am-3.30pm Mon- Thur & 7.00am-1.00pm Friday

Reading and drawing up of plans.

Cutting of materials.

Communication and coordination with management.

Operation of machinery and equipment.

Working independently as well as within a team.

Following work health and safety policies and procedures at all times.

Quality assurance.

Who we are looking for:

Fully trade qualified tradesperson

Proven experience with sheet metal fabrication.

Experience in the manufacturing environment is beneficial

Ability to work to deadlines and available for overtime when required.

Ability to read, draw up and interpret plans and specifications.

Have a strong understanding of adherence to WHS requirements.

Ability to work cohesively as a team with excellent communication skills

Willing to learn

Honest, reliable and punctual
