We specialise in high-quality custom one off stainless steel work for luxury vessels. This position involves the fabrication and repair of high-end stainless steel components for marine vessels. You’ll be working on a wide variety of jobs, from new builds such as targa arches, bow rails, and boarding ladders to detailed repair and modification work. The role requires strong technical skills, the ability to think on your feet, and a commitment to delivering clean, precise, and professional results every time.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 1st Class Trades qualification in Sheetmetal or Stainless Steel fabrication (must have requirement)

✔ Experience in marine stainless work (highly desirable)

✔ Ability to read and interpret drawings

✔ Confidence in TIG welding Stainless Steel, Aluminium (MIG optional)

✔ Exceptional eye for detail and commitment to quality finishes

✔ Ability to work independently and think outside the box and Strong Team Work Ethic

✔ Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

✔ Positive attitude, time management and strong work ethic

✔ Must be reliable, punctual, team orientated and takes pride in your work

✔ Adhere to Occupational Health and Safety Standards

Full-time hours, Monday to Friday (early starts and finishes, half day Friday)
