This role will be 4-days on-site and 1 day work from home, post probation. Free parking is provided at their Port Melbourne site.

Description

• Manage the preparation of financial statements, reporting compliance, and day-to-day finances.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Ensure effective cash flow management and completing reconciliations.
• Monitor and analyse financial performance to support business decision-making.
• Provide strategic financial advice to senior management and stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with taxation obligations and statutory requirements.
• Assisting in the day-to-day business operations, when required.
• Collaborate with all other departments to streamline financial processes.

Profile

A successful Finance Manager will be able to demostrate:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualifications such as CPA or CA.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in NetSuite.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Job Offer

• Salary of $130,000 - $140,000 plus superannuation, pending experience.
