As Finance Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping Monza’s financial strategy and operations. Reporting to senior leadership, you’ll lead a developing team, drive process improvements, and provide critical insights to support commercial decision-making and business growth

Your role will be a broad one requiring you to be 'hands on' and in the detail, but also as a strong commercial asset to the leadership team. You will be principally responsible for leading the accounting function and for ensuring effective controls and accurate reporting to support commercial decision-making.
