Project Manager (Fraud Management Uplift)
Contract to 30 June 2026 with possible extension | Brisbane CBD + WFH
We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Project Manager where you will lead the establishment of our client’s Fraud Management capability from the ground up. The role will manage the end-to-end delivery of this program of work, working closely with Risk leadership to define the target operating model, roadmap, and supporting processes and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the onboarding and delivery an external partner, including oversight of the RFP process and vendor relationship.

Coordinate development of the Fraud Management roadmap, operating model, and investment plan

Drive planning, governance, and delivery of project milestones and outcomes.

Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders across Risk, Finance, and Operations to align design and implementation.

Provide structure and momentum in a high-visibility initiative that is a current executive priority.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Strong, hands-on Project Manager with proven end-to-end delivery experience in complex, enterprise environments.

Background in financial services, insurance, or scheme-related industries highly advantageous.

Experience delivering fraud-related or risk capability uplift programs beneficial but not essential.

Ability to operate autonomously in an environment with low process maturity and evolving structure.
