About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic, experienced and hands-on Manager to be a leader of our front-of-house team and uphold the exceptional standards our guests know and love.
You’ll be the face of the floor — running shifts, driving service excellence, hosting guests, mentoring the team, and working closely with senior management to deliver an unforgettable dining experience every single service.
This is a full-time, five-day roster including weekends, offering variety, autonomy, and the chance to grow within one of Melbourne’s most respected venues.

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar leadership role
A natural leader who thrives in high-energy environments
Someone with diverse foundational management experience.
Multiple strings to your bow? Perfect — we like versatile and adaptable operators.
Passion for great food, drink, and genuine hospitality
Calm, confident communicator with sharp attention to detail
Got sommelier chops? We love that. We’re happy to craft a mixed role that blends management and wine leadership for the right person.
Strong working knowledge of POS and Reservations systems (we use Redcat and SevenRooms)
A hands-on manager who leads by example and knows how to motivate a team
