The Opportunity

Join a national reform program’s Engagement, Education & Change stream to build and deliver high-quality training for internal and external stakeholders navigating significant legislative and ICT change. You’ll collaborate with specialists and SMEs to produce accessible content across multiple media and learning modalities.

Key responsibilities include:

Design, develop and implement user-centered education and training materials (e-learning modules, videos, animations, podcasts, workshops).

Translate complex regulatory and technical information into simple, practical learning experiences that meet Australian Government accessibility and style standards.

Scope/storyboard multimedia with SMEs; assess learning needs; monitor and evaluate program effectiveness; report on outcomes.

Collaborate across program teams; maintain consistent branding, quality and compliance across channels.

To be successful, you will need

Proven experience developing, producing and delivering workplace training and capability uplift, ideally in a regulatory or government setting.

Strong writing, editing and plain-English communication skills; ability to simplify complex concepts.

Experience with user-centered design and implementing training strategies against KPIs.

High-level organisation and prioritisation skills in a project environment; stakeholder engagement strength.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word/PowerPoint; exposure to authoring/editing tools (e.g., Captivate, basic video/animation) is advantageous.
