About the Role:
As a Kitchen Hand, you will play a key role in maintaining the smooth daily operation of our kitchen. You’ll assist our chefs and kitchen team with food preparation, cleaning, and organisation, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and efficiency are met across all service periods.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with basic food preparation under chef supervision

Wash and organise dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, storage, and waste disposal

Support the team during busy restaurant service and event functions

Ensure hygiene and safety standards are upheld at all times

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or catering kitchen preferred

A proactive, can-do attitude and strong attention to detail

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and evenings as required
