Chefgood, recently acquired by My Muscle Chef, is on the lookout for our next Kitchen Porter to provide hands-on support across the Kitchen team. Based at our Keysborough production site, this role plays an important part in keeping our kitchen running smoothly – ensuring everything is clean, organised, and ready to go so our meals can reach customers at their best.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re currently recruiting for two Kitchen Porters, with opportunities available across:

Day Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm

Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm

You’ll bring:

Availability to work either the morning or afternoon shift 4 - 5 days a week

A positive attitude and willingness to work across different kitchen areas – wash room, kitchen, and hot fill

Physically fit, with the ability to lift up to 20kg, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards

A team-first mindset and ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience with food handling or working in a production or cooking environment will be highly regarded.

About the Role
As a Kitchen Porter, you’ll play a key role in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and supporting food production. Your day will include:

Cleaning and sanitising kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces to ensure food safety and hygiene

Sweeping and mopping floors, emptying bins, and keeping kitchen and wash room areas clean and organised

Assisting kitchen staff with ingredient preparation and supporting the team with product assembly

Receiving and storing deliveries of raw and packaging materials

Following Hot Fill procedures, including temperature checks and cooling processes, to maintain product quality and safety

Reporting equipment faults or hazards immediately and following safe work practices at all times
