Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with individual care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Participate in comprehensive assessments of residents' health status.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance care delivery.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Current Registration: Must hold a valid and current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse in Australia.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience as an RN within an aged care setting.
• Availability: Must be flexible with full-time availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach to care.
• Personality: Empathetic, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
