Registered Nurse (In-Home Aged Care) in Adelaide

Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse looking to make a real difference in the lives of the older community? We are seeking an experienced and empathetic nurse to provide high-quality, person-centered care to clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care, including assessments, wound care, medication administration, and chronic disease management

Monitor clients’ health status and respond promptly to any changes

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with policies and aged care standards

Liaise with GPs, allied health professionals, and families to coordinate holistic care

Educate and support clients and families on health conditions and care needs

Uphold client dignity, privacy, and cultural preferences at all times

Qualifications and Requirements

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)

Previous experience in aged care, community nursing, or similar field (preferred)

Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

Valid police check and up-to-date CPR/First Aid certification, NDIS Workers Screening Check / WWC.

Strong clinical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A genuine passion for providing care to older people in their own homes
