We are a growing Australian business specialising in furniture and electric fireplaces. With a modern showroom, warehouse, and multiple online platforms , we are looking for a friendly, customer-focused, and proactive Sales Assistant to join our office team.

What You'll be doing:

Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom

Answer incoming phone calls and assist with general customer enquiries

Respond to customer emails regarding product details, order status, and delivery confirmations

Assist with product listing checks on e-commerce platforms (ensure products are live, prices accurate, stock levels updated)

Help with product uploads, price updates, and content maintenance

Support basic sales reporting and weekly order tracking

What We're Looking For:

Fluent English speaker

Outgoing, confident, and comfortable with both phone and in-person customer service

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Basic computer skills and ability to learn e-commerce platforms quickly

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or e-commerce is a plus

Minimum 1-2 years of customer service or retail experience required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for basic reporting tasks

Australian work rights (citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa)

Year 12 completion or equivalent qualification
