We’re looking for a full-time Retail Sales Associate to join our Bared Footwear team at our Flagship store in Sydney.

You’re someone who brings energy, curiosity, and a positive “can-do” attitude to everything you do. You have an eye for style, a natural flair for conversation, and the confidence to problem-solve on the go. While you love a laugh, you also know when to roll up your sleeves and get the job done. Most importantly, you’re eager to learn, grow, and be part of a business that’s making a real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

Delivering authentic, exceptional customer service—always leading by example.

Styling customers and introducing them to new products they’ll love.

Becoming an expert on our shoes, our ethos, and what it means to be a certified B Corp.

Assisting with online customer service: fulfilling orders, click & collect, holds, and inquiries.

Helping maintain beautiful visual merchandising and a welcoming store environment.

What We’re Looking For

Previous retail or customer service experience (fashion experience is a bonus).

Excellent communication and people skills—you thrive on connecting with others.

Availability to work a Tuesday–Saturday roster.

A passion for fashion, sustainability, and doing business for good.
