We’re seeking a motivated and self-starting Software Sales Advisor to join our team on the Sunshine Coast. This role is ideal for someone with a positive attitude who excels in outbound sales and enjoys helping businesses adopt smart software solutions.
We help businesses streamline and automate workforce time and attendance tracking, HR onboarding, and payroll processing. As our company continues to expand, we’re looking for someone who can take initiative and unlock new opportunities both within our existing customer base and through new business development. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s proactive, strategic, and eager to contribute to a SaaS environment.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for driving growth by upselling existing customers to higher software packages and leading outbound campaigns. You’ll also handle warm leads and inbound enquiries, with a strong focus on proactive outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Upsell existing customers to advanced products and software packages
Run outbound campaigns targeting industries such as transport, mining, manufacturing, and engineering
Convert warm leads from marketing activity
Respond to inbound enquiries with a consultative approach
Engaging with decision-makers and understanding their business needs
Presenting our software solutions and showcasing their value proposition
Collaborate with our technical team to determine suitability
Negotiating and closing deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in SaaS or B2B software sales; payroll or workforce management experience highly regarded
Strong outbound mindset and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and managing your own pipeline
