About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and driven Customer Care Sales Agent to join a high-performing sales team in Brisbane. In this role, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, supporting existing customers by renewing or upgrading their services, and converting warm leads into loyal customers.
You'll be backed by a proven sales process, helping you deliver consistent results while providing top-tier service that aligns with our values: Trust, Innovation, and Passion.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Engage with existing customers to upgrade or renew services
• Convert warm leads into customers through consultative sales
• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships
• Maintain accurate customer records to ensure smooth service transitions
• Work collaboratively with internal teams including Sales, Branch Managers, and Regional Leaders

What You’ll Bring

Essential:

• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role
• Availability to work a 6-day rotating roster (Mon–Sat)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic team player
• Good working knowledge of Excel and Outlook
