We work exclusively with builders, electricians, plumbers, landscapers and other tradesmen, helping them scale their businesses, systemise operations, and ultimately get off the tools.

We’ve built a strong reputation through our online coaching programs, live events and one-on-one mentorship and now we’re growing our sales team.

The Role

We’re looking for a remote Sales Representative who can confidently jump on calls with new leads, take them through a structured business audit and present our coaching programs and investment options.

You’ll be closing warm leads who’ve already shown interest through our marketing channels (no cold calling).

Your daily flow will include:

Conducting Zoom or phone calls with qualified leads

Running each prospect through our business audit framework

Identifying gaps and showing the value of our program

Presenting the offer and closing the sale

You’re a confident, driven closer who’s passionate about helping business owners grow. You know how to build rapport fast, ask the right questions and guide people to make a decision that serves them.

Have experience in high-ticket phone or Zoom sales (Not vital)

Can follow proven sales processes and KPIs

Are coachable and hungry to grow
