Sales and Education Representative

Location: Perth, Western Australia

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per annum (plus superannuation)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Education Representative to introduce and promote our partner's innovative e-commerce software solutions from Korea to the Australian market. You will be responsible for demonstrating the platforms (DomeWing & SellWing) and providing comprehensive training to Australian businesses on inventory-free trading systems.

Key Responsibilities

Present and demonstrate our partner's e-commerce software solutions (DomeWing & SellWing platforms) to potential clients across various industries

Develop and deliver customized training programs for Australian businesses on software implementation and optimization

Conduct workshops, webinars, and one-on-one training sessions on platform features and best practices

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales and implementation process

Provide ongoing technical support and educational resources to ensure client success

Act as a liaison between Australian clients and the international development team

Prepare detailed sales reports, training documentation, and market feedback

Translate complex technical features into practical business benefits for clients

Essential Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, training, or educational roles

Proven track record in B2B sales and client relationship management

Strong presentation and public speaking skills with experience delivering professional training

Experience in developing and delivering educational programs for corporate clients

Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)

Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Experience in the e-commerce or software industry highly regarded

Proficiency in creating educational materials and user documentation

Understanding of international business practices

Desirable Qualifications

TESOL/TEFL or adult education qualifications

Experience with cross-border e-commerce platforms

Bilingual capabilities (Korean or other Asian languages highly advantageous)

Background in academic or corporate training environments

Familiarity with automated trading systems and inventory management software
