Synergie Australia is seeking Manufacturing Operators for a renowned confectionery company located in Glynde.

The important parts:

• Day shift: 6:00am – 2:06pm (5 shifts a week) – $31.18 per hour
• Afternoon shift: 2:00pm – 10:06pm (5 shifts a week) – $35.85 per hour
• Night shift: 10:00pm - 2:00am (20 hours a week) – $40.54 per hour
• Choose the shift that best suits you

What you will be required to do:

As a Manufacturing Operator, you will play an important role in supporting production targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.

• Operate within a fast-paced food production and packaging environment
• Complete repetitive tasks and movements safely and efficiently
• Apply and follow food hygiene principles (HACCP)
• Lift up to 20kg as required
• Contribute to a team-focused workplace culture

• Be physically fit and attentive to detail
• Communicate effectively with your team
• Demonstrate commitment to safety and quality
