Synergie is seeking experienced Machine Operators with steel industry experience to join our client located in the North Eastern suburbs.

About the Company

Our client is a leading Australian engineering and manufacturing company specialising in advanced motion systems and precision components. With a strong reputation for innovation, reliability, and quality, Supashock supports industries across defence, automotive, and heavy manufacturing sectors.

Due to an increase in production, they are seeking motivated Machine Operators to join their high-performing team.

What’s in it for you:

Pay rate: $34 – $37 per hour (based on experience)

Day Shift only:

Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 2:40pm

Friday: 6:00am – 12:10pm

Temp-to-perm opportunities for reliable and high-performing candidates

Ongoing, stable work with consistent hours

Supportive and safety-focused workplace with modern facilities

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Safe operation of machinery and manufacturing equipment

Handling and processing steel components and materials

Performing quality checks and measurements to ensure accuracy

Manual handling and general production support

Maintaining a clean and safe work area

Adhering to all company safety policies and procedures

Who we are looking for:

Previous machine operating experience within the steel or metal industry

Ability to read and interpret technical or production drawings

Experience using overhead cranes (highly regarded)

Forklift Licence (advantageous but not essential)

Physically fit and confident with manual handling tasks

Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
