We are seeking Line Operator for our Plastic Extrusion Manufacturing Division. This is a full-time, permanent position, offering an immediate start.

To be successful you must have the following;

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, specializing in Materials, Processing, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.

• Experience in Sheet Extrusion or Film Extrusion processes.

• Background working with polymers such as ABS, PC, Acrylic, or PETG.

• Able to work full time hours + overtime as required

• Current Forklift Licence is preferred but not required

• Physically fit (able to lift 25kgs)

• Must be willing to relocate in Brisbane

What you'll do:

• Set up, start, and operate extrusion lines according to production schedules.

• Monitor machine performance, temperature, speed, and pressure to maintain product quality.

• Perform quality checks on extruded products (e.g., dimensions, surface finish, thickness).

• Ensure proper handling of raw materials, including loading resins, additives, and colorants.

• Maintain accurate production records, including shift reports and quality logs.

• Clean, maintain, and perform basic preventive maintenance on extrusion equipment.

• Follow health, safety, and environmental guidelines at all times.

• Communicate any production issues to the supervisor in a timely manner.
