Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Regency Park, SA 5010
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 3:30pm
Pay Rate: $32 - $33 per hour

We're seeking reliable and skilled Machine Operators to join a well-established manufacturing team producing high temperature insulation covers used in industrial applications. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, have strong attention to detail, and take pride in maintaining quality and safety standards.

About the Role:

You'll be responsible for operating production machinery, assembling insulation covers, and ensuring all products meet strict specifications. The position offers steady, long-term work within a supportive and safety-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machinery used in the cutting, stitching, and assembly of thermal covers
• Measure, align, and assemble components to exact specifications
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet required standards
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Follow all WHS and operational guidelines

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in machine operation, assembly, or manufacturing
• Full Australian working rights
• Current driver's licence
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet production goals
• Strong focus on quality and precision
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious attitude
