You’ll work with high-calibre commercial clients- from large multinationals to local SMEs - across commercial property and broader transactional matters.

The opportunity:

• Act on acquisitions, disposals, leasing, developments and due diligence
• Advise on commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, and general transactional work
• Run files with appropriate autonomy and partner support
• Build trusted client relationships

About you:

• Minimum 2+ years PAE in property or commercial transactional law (open to candidates from Lawyer to Special Counsel level)
• Strong drafting, attention to detail and stakeholder management
• Proactive, organised and proud of the quality of your work
• Collaborative team player who enjoys a dynamic, modern environment
