About the Role

We are seeking a casual Factory Assistant / General Hand to join our team at Aflex Pty Ltd in Mount Kuring-Gai, NSW. In this hands-on role, you will play a key part in supporting our production operations and helping to ensure the smooth running of our manufacturing facility.

What You’ll Be Doing

Assisting with various factory tasks including receiving, packing, dispatching, cutting and rolling sheet metal, and other general workshop duties

Supporting production workers by setting up workstations and equipment

Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment

Performing basic housekeeping and general factory maintenance

Undertaking other duties as required to support the efficient operation of the workshop

What We’re Looking For

Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team

Commitment to maintaining a safe and tidy workspace

Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn

Reliable transport to travel to our Mount Kuring-Gai location

Willingness to complete mandatory safety inductions and training

Forklift licence preferred but not essential
