The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Factory Assistant to join our steel framing and production team in Lisarow. This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain real industry experience while supporting our production team. With flexible hours available, this role is perfect for students or entry-level candidates looking to build practical skills while balancing other commitments.

What You’ll Be Doing

Helping with steel frame production and assembly of frames and trusses

Assisting trades with general factory duties and projects

Preparing and painting chassis for production

Keeping the factory clean, tidy and safe

Loading/unloading trucks and materials

Supporting the team with day-to-day tasks to keep production running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

Interest in building, carpentry or steel fabrication

Willingness to learn new skills and work as part of a team

Reliable, hardworking and hands-on attitude

Good communication and time management skills

Previous hands-on or trade experience is a bonus, but not essential
