We are a dynamic and growing shop fitting company seeking a motivated Factory Hand/Trades Assistant to join our team. If you enjoy hands-on work and working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you!

Your Role Will Include:

Assisting in the factory with general duties, construction, and basic assembly work

Loading and unloading materials, tools, and shopfitting components

Supporting tradespeople in the workshop and occasionally on site

Helping with deliveries, including some interstate travel as required

Keeping the factory and job sites clean, tidy, and safe

Following all WHS procedures and company safety standards

What We’re Looking For:

Good physical fitness and ability to handle manual work

A positive attitude and strong work ethic

Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team

Basic knowledge of tools and safety gear – having your own PPE is a bonus

Experience in shopfitting, construction or carpentry – preferred but not essential

Truck license (MR) - offer an advantage
