With strong growth across the country, our client is expanding their finance team and is on the lookout for an Accounts Receivable – Collections Officer to join their team in Moorebank. This is a permanent, full-time position offering stability and the chance to contribute to a business that’s moving forward.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of overdue accounts and ensure ledgers are up to date
• Manage a mix of inbound and outbound calls while building positive customer relationships
• Negotiate payment plans and issue final notices when required
• Process payments, allocations, invoices, and statements efficiently
• Work closely with external collection partners and assist with end-of-month routines
• Deliver excellent customer service

You’ll Bring

• Previous experience (1–2 years) in Collections, Credit, or Accounts Receivable
• Confidence working with large ERP systems and strong Excel capability
• Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written
• The ability to stay professional when handling difficult conversations
• A collaborative and team oriented approach
