Ironbark Asset Management has an exciting opportunity to join the team as Graphic Designer in our Sydney office.

We are seeking a part-time Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team and play a central role in shaping how our business shows up in the market to a range of internal and external audiences.

This is a 5-month, part-time contract role (4 days per week) though we are flexible for the right person. The role offers a pro-rated equivalent of $90,000–$95,000 per annum plus superannuation, depending on experience.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on design role ideal for a mid-level designer with experience in corporate or financial services. You’ll play a key role in bringing our refreshed brand to life — creating, updating, and refining a diverse range of print and digital collateral.

Working closely with project managers, marketing, and stakeholders across the business, you’ll help scope design requirements, manage priorities, and ensure every output aligns with the new brand guidelines and business objectives.

About you:

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally with experience in financial services, corporate, or professional services.

Strong portfolio demonstrating both brand identity implementation and corporate collateral design.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint).

Excellent eye for detail, typography, and layout.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.

Experience (desired)

Experience in financial services or funds management.

Experience in photography, videography or animation/motion graphics.

Experience in project management.

Remuneration package is pro-rated equivalent of $90,000–$95,000 per annum plus superannuation, depending on experience and qualifications.
