Position Overview:
Our creative team oversee the branding and design concepts for the overarching company as well as it's individual businesses and events. We are looking for a Graphic Designer to support the graphic design requirements across our Sydney locations and external events.

Main Duties:

• Develop all graphic content (including menu's, artwork, signage, displays, etc.) according to brief and design direction.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to product design concepts and proposals.
• Confidently present design proposals to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Understand TBG's brand to ensure all work aligns with the company's expectations for quality.

Experience/Skills Required:

• At least 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Absolute proficiency in the complete Adobe suite and other design programs.
• Design degree.
• Exceptional attention to detail and admin abilities.
• Ability to coordinate a high workload while meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
