We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Service Advisor with great customer service and time management skills to join our Service Centre team. Our business is family-owned and as such we treat our employees like family. Whilst previous Service Advisor experience is desireable, we're after the right people over the right experience and welcome applicants from all customer service based industries.

Your role, reporting to the Service Manager and working as part of a team of Service Advisors, will be to maintain the high standard of customer service we've come to expect in our Service Department as well as book-in and liaise with service customers & quote, cost and finalise repair orders.

The following attributes are considered desirable for the position:

Previous dealership experience

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed set KPI's

Excellent interpersonal skills

Solid time management skills

The ability to work closely with colleagues as part of a team

Current and valid driver's license

EraPower experience will be considered favourably
