About the Role

As a Test and QA Technician, you’ll perform final validation, inspection, and functional testing of high-performance electronic systems and components. You’ll help ensure that products meet stringent quality and performance standards before reaching customers worldwide.
Working alongside engineering, production, and supply-chain teams, you’ll:

• Execute validation and quality testing across products and assemblies.
• Identify, record, and resolve non-conformance and quality issues.
• Support root-cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions (CAPA).
• Maintain test records, reports, and dashboards for continuous improvement.
• Contribute to refining validation protocols and improving QA processes.

About You:
You’re a meticulous and hands-on technician who enjoys finding and fixing issues before anyone else does. You thrive in a fast-paced engineering environment and take pride in delivering reliable, high-quality results.
To succeed, you’ll bring:

• A diploma or degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Mechatronic Engineering (or equivalent).
• Experience in testing, validation, or QA within an engineering or electronics environment.
• Working knowledge of quality systems such as ISO9001 and NCR/CAPA processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Confidence using electronic test instruments such as oscilloscopes and power meters.

Desirable:
Experience in electronics manufacturing, EV systems, or power electronics environments.
