About the Role
We’re seeking a driven Client-Side/Development Project Manager to independently manage Adelaide’s project pipeline and support a major mall redevelopment in sub-metro Adelaide. This is a fixed-term contract role with potential opportunity for extensions.

• Oversee design development, contractor performance, and program management
• Ensure smooth collaboration between leasing, centre management, and tenants
• Run the project unassisted, with support from the interstate team
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders to deliver the project on time and on budget

Project scope includes a major supermarket rebuild, new loading docks and rooftop plant, and tenancy reconfigurations among other major tasks.

About You
You are an experienced Project or Development Manager with strong retail or mixed-use construction experience and the ability to run projects independently.

You’ll bring:

• 5–8+ years’ experience in property development or construction project management
• Proven experience managing medium to large-scale retail or commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and compliance processes
• Excellent communication, stakeholder, and organisational skills
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction, Property, Project Management, or Engineering\
