Lead the delivery of major industrial and commercial developments across Australia, managing projects from inception through to operation. This developer and asset owner combines strong financial capability with in-house development expertise, offering exposure to large-scale, end-to-end projects across a national pipeline.

About the Role:

• Deliver industrial and commercial developments valued between $10M - $20M
• Manage concept design, planning approvals, and ECI phases
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and risk management
• Suited to a professional with strong building expertise and a proven track record managing industrial, commercial, or retail developments
• Reporting to the Manager of Asset Delivery
• Regular interstate travel (occasional overnight stays)

About You:

• Proven ability to work autonomously and hit the ground running
• Strong track record collaborating with design consultants and builders
• Formal qualification in Project Management or Construction
• Minimum 5 years’ project management experience in construction
• Proficient in Procore or similar project management software
• Able to travel interstate 2–3 times per month
