T-Shirt Printer / Apparel Decorator – Permanent Part-Time (View to Full-Time)

Location: Same Day Printing – Onsite Parking Available

Hours: Must be available between 7:30am–4:00pm or 8:30am–5:00pm (Monday to Friday)

We’re on the lookout for a talented and detail-driven T-Shirt Printer / Apparel Decorator to join our growing team at Same Day Printing.

If you love creativity, colour, and hands-on work, this role offers the perfect mix of production, variety, and growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll bring designs to life using Direct to Film (DTF), Full Colour Heat Transfer Vinyl, and Specialty Heat Transfer Film technologies – printing across a wide range of items including shirts, hoodies, gym wear, bags, hats, shoes, umbrellas, and more.

No two days are the same, and your craftsmanship will be on show across Australia.

Your role includes:

Reviewing and preparing incoming orders for production.

Setting up machines, preparing stock, and producing orders – with support from our other part-time and casual team members as needed.

Performing quality checks to ensure every item meets our high standards.

Operating and maintaining equipment in your area.

Keeping your work area clean, organised, and safe.

Assisting in growing our apparel range and sharing new ideas.

Beyond Production

You’ll also help:

Help build strong relationships with local and national suppliers, staying up to date with new materials and trends.

Support our enquiries team with product and process insights.

Collaborate with our marketing and design team to promote our apparel range online and on social media.

Keep the Same Day Printing team dressed to impress by showcasing our latest finishes and designs.
