Chandler Macleod is currently looking for a Maintenance Fitter for our client in poultry processing. The ideal candidate will have a Cert III in Engineering – Mechanical trade, as well as previous experience in either a manufacturing environment or intensive food processing industry.

To be considered for this role you must meet the following criteria:
Cert III in Engineering – Mechanical trade
Experience in welding and thermal cutting
2+ years’ experience in the manufacturing environment as a fitter
Working Rights: Must have valid full working rights in Australia
Availability: Full-time availability for afternoon and night shifts, including weekends and overtime.
Transportation: Must own a vehicle and have a current driver's license.
Physical Fitness: Excellent physical fitness to handle repetitive, physical tasks.
Comfort with Raw Poultry: Comfortable working with raw poultry products.
Refrigerated Environment: Ability to work effectively in a refrigerated environment.
Factory Experience: Previous experience in a factory setting is highly regarded.
Safety Focus: Strong emphasis on safety with good knowledge of safe work practices.
Positive Attitude: Positive, energetic, and hardworking attitude.
