Key Responsibilities:

Generate and pursue new business opportunities across various industries, including trades, mining, healthcare, and administration.

Proactively engage with decision-makers through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.

Develop and nurture strong relationships with workshop managers, supervisors, and business owners.

Schedule and attend client meetings, effectively presenting Mechcorp’s comprehensive services.

Maintain a structured sales pipeline and meticulously record all activity in the CRM.

Collaborate with our operations team to prepare compelling proposals and quotes.

Consistently achieve and exceed outreach and client acquisition targets.

Represent Mechcorp with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.

Results (Success Measures):

Lead Activity: Achieve a minimum of 100+ outbound client contacts per week (calls/emails/LinkedIn).

Conversion: Maintain at least a 10% meeting conversion rate from outreach efforts.

Revenue: Deliver measurable new gross profit from client placements within the first 3 months.

What You Bring:

Skills & Knowledge:

Strong communication and outbound sales etiquette (phone, email, face-to-face).

An organised, structured approach with proven CRM experience.

Ability to prepare proposals and manage the sales process from end-to-end.

Previous experience in labour hire or a related B2B sales environment is highly regarded, but not essential for the right 'hunter' mentality.
