The Role

• Achieve monthly sales target through new and existing channel partner networks
• Developing new business through calls, meetings and messages to actively promote and sell the company’s townhomes and detached homes
• Conduct onsite inspections at the project locations with the channel partners
• Ongoing engagement with the channel partners and database
• Contribute to marketing ideas, attend regular events and functions, promote company and product via social media including LinkedIn
• CRM Management

About You
The seniority of this role is pitched at a seasoned operator and as such we are looking for:

• Extensive industry experience including at least 5+ years as a BDM/Channel Sales Manager
• Existing network of channels is essential – eg wealth creation companies, property investment groups, finance brokers, national real estate groups.
• Strong relationship management and account management skills
• Passionate about the industry and dedicated to achieve and succeed in making sales
• Solid reputation and high integrity
• Drivers licence and own vehicle essential
