A reputable Perth Tier 2 commercial building contractor with over 50 years in the game and an exceptionally strong financial position have appointed us to source a Project Manager for a $65m new build multi-storey mixed-use project within 10mins of the CBD. The project is set up to succeed with a great team of 7 site based staff supporting you the Project Manager, including Senior Site Manager, Supervisors, HSE Advisor, Doc Controller and 2 Contract Administrators.

We are looking for a driven, energetic Project Manager who has excellent communication and leadership skills, someone who is structured, process driven and can take ownership of their own new project, drive the program and yet still have that care factor. This Project Manager role will suit someone who wants to feel valued working in a medium sized team in sunny Perth.

Criteria for the Project Manager:

• Experience with commercial building contractors on projects $20m – 100m
• Strong on site leadership skills with large teams
• Tertiary or Trade background with longevity served in employments
• The Right to Work in Australia
• Multi-storey experience advantagous
• Senior Project Coordinators or Contract Administrators ready to step up will be considered
• Genuine desire to relocate to Perth for Sunshine, Surf and Salary!

Salary guide: $250 - 320k pkg (commensurate with experience)
