Job description: MEMBERSHIP CONSULTANT

Remuneration: $3,000 (including GST) per client signup. OTE: $100-$150k+ (COMMISSION ONLY ROLE)

We won’t cap your income — if you’re ready to put in the work, we’ll give you the support to scale your results.

Qualifications:

Sales experience in real estate, recent role in a Buyer's Agency is a plus

Strong communicator with a confident, engaging presence

Self-motivated and results-oriented

Comfortable working independently

Open to feedback and continuous improvement

Responsibilities:

Dealing with warm, well-qualified leads, including repeat clients with established trust.

Onboarding clients to Prosperity Capital and ensuring they sign up.

Performing a needs analysis of the client, developing a strategy, and creating an acquisition plan.

Training on various property strategies, such as buy and hold, subleasing/rental arbitrage (short-term & long-term), SDA/NDIS, land subdivisions, and super fund investments, to consult clients.

Coordinating communication between the buyer's agent and the client, acting as a conduit to Prosperity Capital.

Ensuring clients provide the necessary documents, like SMSF checklists and finance checklists.

Connecting clients with brokers and SMSF accountants. Ensuring connection with finance brokers to release equity or get pre-approvals for personal and SMSF.

Booking and attending the initial meeting with the buyer's agent to ensure a smooth handover.

Maintain ongoing client relationships throughout the property acquisition and initial management phases.

Ensure clients are fully informed and supported.
