About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced and driven Sales Consultant to join our award-winning team. This is a pivotal role at the front line of our business — managing new enquiries, building trusted relationships, and guiding clients through the architectural journey from first contact to project initiation.
As the first touchpoint for potential clients, you’ll set the tone for their entire experience — helping them understand the potential of our modular architecture process and the value of a design-led approach. Working closely with our director, architects, and design team, you’ll ensure every client feels supported, informed, and inspired from the outset.

Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement + Sales
Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients, responding to enquiries and guiding them through our architectural and modular construction process. Build trust, excitement, and clarity around what’s possible with Blok.
Lead Qualification + Nurturing
Evaluate potential clients to assess project feasibility, budget alignment, and design expectations, ensuring a strong match between their goals and our services. Nurture previous potential clients to reassess their project requirements and ensure a valuable opportunity is not missed.
CRM Management + Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions within our CRM system, including task management, tracking engagement, progress, and conversion.
Coordination with Architects + Design Team
Collaborate with architects and designers to align client expectations with project feasibility, ensuring a seamless transition from enquiry to design.
Director Collaboration
Work closely with the director to refine engagement strategies, strengthen messaging, and elevate the overall client experience.
Client Communication
Foster clear, proactive, and professional communication with prospective and current clients, ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout their journey.
Discovery Calls
Conduct detailed discovery calls to understand client needs, explain the modular process, assess site feasibility, and confirm alignment between their brief, timeline, and budget.
Client Consultations
Coordinate in-studio and on-site client meetings, ensuring efficient scheduling, logical travel planning, and well-organised logistics and resource allocation to keep projects running smoothly.
Project Proposals
Undertake thorough due diligence on site information, planning guidelines, and capabilities in consultation with local council and town planner advice. Prepare accurate, compelling project proposals and summaries that clearly communicate scope, inclusions, and next steps for client review.
Administration Management
Maintain a high standard of organisation and accuracy. Manage document control and oversee diary and time management for both yourself and the Director. Demonstrate strong administrative capability and attention to detail.
Business Development + Growth
Identify new business opportunities, monitor industry trends, and contribute to strategies aimed at expanding our client base and market reach.
Reporting
Prepare and export weekly reports on lead activity, conversion metrics, and sales performance for internal review and strategy discussions. Confidence using Excel and other management tools are a priority.
What We’re Looking For
Proven sales experience within a premium, design-led, or luxury brand — ideally in architecture, design, or residential construction.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and confidence engaging with high-net-worth, design-conscious clients.
Highly organised, detail-driven, and capable of managing multiple relationships simultaneously.
Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently while collaborating within a close-knit team.
Skilled at conducting discovery calls, building trust, and clearly communicating value.
Strong administrative and coordination abilities, with experience managing diaries, meetings, and documentation.
Experience with CRM systems and client intake processes (ActiveCampaign experience highly regarded).
A genuine passion for architecture, design, and the built environment.
