With the support of an assistant and a dedicated maintenance team, you’ll be in charge of end-to-end property operations and building management duties.

What you’ll be doing:

• Overseeing property operations for two townhouse complexes
• Managing day-to-day property management and building management duties
• Coordinating maintenance, contractors, and suppliers
• Ensuring compliance with building regulations and safety standards
• Liaising with residents to provide a smooth living experience
• Monitoring and reporting on property performance

About you:

• Previous Property Management experience (or a Building Manager ready to transition)
• Current Certificate of Registration (essential)
• Confident, organised, and a problem-solver
• Enjoys working onsite and leading by example
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Meticulous attention to detail, accountability, and focus
• Ability to work without supervision, taking initiative with a positive "can-do" attitude
