The Role

As a Shift Supervisor, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of our front-of-house service. You’ll lead by example, support and mentor the team, and uphold the high standards that define the Hellenika experience.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily floor operations across the dining room, bar, and host desk.

Train, mentor, and support front-of-house staff to deliver professional, engaging service.

Maintain presentation, cleanliness, and atmosphere to the highest standards.

Manage reservations, seating, and guest interactions to optimise flow and satisfaction.

Handle guest feedback with confidence and professionalism.

Collaborate closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth service coordination.

Assist with stock control, ordering, and operational needs.

About You

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Shift Supervisor, Floor Manager, or similar role in a premium hospitality environment.

Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach.

Exceptional customer service focus and an eye for detail.

Calm and confident under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Knowledge of POS, reservations, and inventory systems.
