Two of the Gold Coast’s favourites cafés are seeking an experienced Café Supervisor with strong barista skills, coffee knowledge, and leadership experience to help lead our high-volume, customer-focused venues.

$65,000-$70,000 annual salary (plus super)

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise daily café floor and front-of-house operations

Deliver exceptional coffee and beverage service standards

Train, coach, and motivate team members for consistent customer satisfaction

Manage rosters, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures

Ensure efficient coordination between kitchen, barista, and FOH teams

Monitor quality, stock, and customer feedback

Contribute ideas for promotions and service improvements

About You

Excellent barista skills and deep coffee knowledge – essential

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Café Supervisor, Shift Leader, or FOH Manager in a busy café or restaurant

Strong leadership, communication, and training ability

Highly organised, hands-on, and customer-focused

Must have own reliable transport

Available to work at least one weekend day each week

Confident with POS systems and cash-up procedures
