Why Sports Surfacing?
This isn't residential construction or commercial concrete.
Sports surfacing offers something rare: work with purpose, predictability, and pride.
You'll build courts for local clubs where kids learn to play. You'll resurface facilities at schools that serve communities for decades. You'll work on projects that matter—not just another apartment block or shopping centre carpark.
The work is methodical. The techniques are specialised. The pace is manageable. You're not grinding through impossible deadlines or dealing with the chaos of multi-trade coordination nightmares.
And when you drive past a facility you built? You'll actually want to point it out.
Over 50 years, we've worked on everything from community tennis clubs to elite training facilities. Every project adds to the sporting infrastructure of Western Australia. That's the work.
The Reality: This isn't a desk job. You'll work outdoors in WA conditions. Occasionally you'll travel regionally. You'll need to problem-solve on site and deliver quality work without hand-holding.
But if you're a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in your work, wants to learn from the best, and loves the idea of building facilities that communities will use for decades, this is it.
