About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced fencing installer to join our growing team. You’ll be working across the Perth metro area, from Two Rocks to Mandurah, installing premium aluminium and glass fencing systems. For the right person, this role can progress into a full-time position after a successful probation period, with the potential to move into quoting and client liaison work down the track.

Key Responsibilities

• Install aluminium pool fencing, frameless glass fencing, and aluminium slat fencing
• Read and interpret plans and site layouts
• Measure, fabricate and install fencing and gates to high standards
• Communicate professionally with clients and represent the company positively on-site
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

Requirements

• White Card (Construction Safety Induction)
• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
• Minimum 1 year of fencing or construction installation experience
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Physically fit and able to work on a range of job sites
