This is an exciting opportunity to join the IT team at OJ Networks' as a Junior Systems Administrator / IT Technician. In this full-time role, you will be based in Coolum Beach, QLD 4573 and play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of the company's IT infrastructure and providing end-user support.

What you'll be doing

Providing technical support and troubleshooting for end-users across the business

Performing systems administration tasks such as user account management, backup and recovery, and software installation and configuration

Monitoring and maintaining IT systems, networks, and equipment to ensure optimal performance

Assisting with the implementation of new technologies and upgrades

Documenting IT processes and procedures

Providing training and guidance to users on IT-related matters

What we're looking for

Relevant tertiary qualification in IT or a related field

1-2 years of experience in a junior systems administration or IT support role

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Familiarity with Office 365 and common network protocols

Experience with helpdesk software and IT ticketing systems

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

A current drivers license and vehicle

Patient, courteous and friendly to all our customers and staff
