Systems Administrator - $120k + super
Robert Half has been exclusively engaged by a purpose-driven medium enterprise seeking an experienced Systems Administrator. This is an opportunity to join a close-knit, collaborative IT team in an organisation making a genuine impact in the community. You'll play a key role as both a senior technical escalation point and a trusted partner to leadership, shaping how technology supports the business.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and implementing technical solutions across the business
• Monitor and maintain performance, security, and availability of hybrid infrastructure
• Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures
• Act as the senior escalation point for complex technical issues
• Mentor and support junior team members to build technical capability within the function
• Ensure compliance with IT security, risk, and governance requirements

About You

• 3+ years' experience as a Systems Administrator in a hybrid environment
• Strong capability across AD, Windows Server, Azure, Entra, M365, Intune, DNS, DHCP, and networking fundamentals
• Able to think strategically and partner with leadership to influence technology direction
• Enjoy mentoring, coaching, and supporting the growth of others
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to driving improvements
