About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for a technically proficient and hands-on IT professional. You will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and optimizing our integrated IT infrastructure, supporting both operational continuity and future development across retail, wholesale, and food production departments.

Key Responsibilities

· Deploy and maintain wholesale, retail, and inventory systems including Windows Server setup and database configuration.

· Support migration projects from legacy to new systems, ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime.

· Maintain integrated POS systems and ensure proper syncing with inventory modules.

· Administer digital weighing and packaging line IT equipment for accuracy and compliance.

· Manage CCTV systems and ensure 24/7 security system reliability.

· Provide end-user IT support and training across multiple departments.

· Oversee user accounts, security policies, and remote access systems.

· Perform backup, recovery, and disaster readiness procedures.

· Configure and monitor network infrastructure including firewalls, VPN, switches, and LAN/WAN systems.

Skills & Experience Required

· Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator or similar IT infrastructure role.

· Proficiency with Windows Server environments, POS systems, and retail/wholesale IT ecosystems.

· Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and end-user support abilities.

· Familiarity with CCTV, digital scales, inventory systems, and network security practices.

· Experience in system migration and integration projects is highly regarded.

Eligibility Criteria

· Full-time work rights in Australia (Citizen, PR, or unrestricted work visa).

· Able to work on-site in South Brisbane, QLD 4101.
