This position offers approximately 30+ hours per week throughout the Christmas and New Year period, with the possibility of ongoing employment or career progression into a Cook role for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness, order, and hygiene across all areas
• Wash and store dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to required standards
• Assist chefs with basic preparation and service requirements as needed
• Adhere to food safety and workplace health and safety guidelines at all times
• Work efficiently and collaboratively within a professional team environment

• Available to commence immediately and work through to the New Year period
• Physically fit and capable of performing a hands-on, fast-paced role
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and reliability
• Positive attitude with a commitment to teamwork and service excellence
• Previous kitchen or hospitality experience required
