Roles: Catering Attendant, Food Prep and Kitchen Hand

We are currently looking for Casual staff who are keen to work in the below roles:

Catering Attendant

· Serve food and beverages to guests with a friendly and professional attitude

· Ensure catering areas are clean, organised, and well presented

· Work well under pressure and as part of a team

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Assist with setup and pack down of catering events

Kitchen Hand

· Assist with dishwashing and cleaning duties to maintain kitchen hygiene

· Support chefs with basic food preparation (cutting, portioning, plating, etc.)

· Keep kitchen areas clean, organised, and stocked

· Follow food safety and hygiene standards

· Be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

· Be able to work safely with minimal supervision.

· Be able to work as part of a team.

Food Prep

· Prepare ingredients for service (chopping, marinating, portioning, etc.)

· Assist chefs with daily

· Ensure consistency and quality in food presentation

· Maintain a clean and safe work area

· Previous kitchen experience preferred but not essential
