About the Role

This is not a tech or engineering role – it’s a frontline customer service and compliance position. You’ll be speaking with clients daily by phone and email, guiding them through applications, answering questions, and ensuring their submissions meet requirements.

If you love problem-solving, attention to detail, and delivering an excellent client experience, this role will give you the opportunity to shine and develop specialist knowledge in the renewable energy compliance space.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing a high volume of inbound client calls and emails

Helping clients complete and troubleshoot applications

Checking details for accuracy and compliance with scheme requirements

Providing clear, empathetic communication and support

Being the “go-to” contact for client queries

What We’re Looking For

Essential: Call centre or high-volume customer service experience

Strong written and verbal communication with active listening skills

Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

Detail-oriented with an interest in compliance and processes

Keen to learn and grow knowledge of the renewable energy scheme

(Note: This role is not suitable for engineers, IT, or cyber security applicants – it is focused on client service and compliance.)
